SMS and email: how we ask and how to stop

Text messages (SMS)

• We and our partners send marketing texts only to people who give express written consent on a form that names who may contact them. Consent is never a condition of buying anything.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Email

• Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address.
• We honor unsubscribe requests promptly, and within 10 business days at the latest.
• You can also unsubscribe here.

Do-not-contact and suppression lists

We keep our own do-not-contact lists, and before a marketing email goes out on a partner's behalf we screen the list against that partner's suppression list, so people who opted out of the partner aren't contacted.
